Changing How We Change
Executing strategy is hard. Research on transformational change and the work of John Kotter states that brand transformational change efforts fail 70% of the time. How do health care executives ensure they are a part of the 30% who will succeed? Being aware of challenges to change and working proactively toward solutions known to be effective will assist leaders in moving beyond their change challenges.
