Creating an Inclusive Health System for LGBTQ People
Improving the health and well-being of LGBTQ people is a national priority. Nurse Leaders need to have the knowledge and insight on how they play a role in the delivery of care to LGBTQ people and their staff. This session will equip the participant to drive their organization to be inclusive of all people and be a leader in the care of LGBTQ people through redefining the patient and employee experience. The recommendations given in this webinar remain relevant for today's workplace, although more current statistics may now be available.
