Presenters

Tammy Daniel, VP Patient Care Services, Baptist Health Jacksonville 

Tammy joined Baptist Health System in 2007. She has worked at Baptist Medical Center South as the VP of Patient Care, Baptist Jacksonville as the Nurse Executive and VP of Patient Care, and in December 2018 she was appointed SVP and CNO for the Baptist Health System. Dr. Daniel has over 36 years of nursing experience with an emphasis in leadership and critical care.

Sara Ace, Director, CSA, Nuance, a Microsoft company

Sara is a registered nurse with over 27 years of comprehensive nursing experience in the inpatient setting, emergency department, and consulting space.  She joined Nuance, a Microsoft company in 2014 as a consultant implementing clinical documentation integrity programs. In 2019, she was promoted to Manager, Consulting Services, where she guided a team to assist healthcare organizations to implement and adopt new technology.  Following the acquisition by Microsoft, she continues to support her team in leading healthcare organizations to embrace innovative technology in her role as Director, Cloud Solution Architecture.
