Nurse Leader's Role in Crisis Management
Crisis Management is especially important in this complex world filled with uncertainty and volatility. The Nurse Leader has many important roles in a Crisis. Given this, the AONL Crisis Management Task Force developed Guiding Principles for the Nurse to assist nurse leaders in managing a crisis. This webinar will introduce the participant to the Guiding Principles and areas of focus.
