Exchange information with your Peruvian counterparts with a focus on nursing leadership,professional development, advocacy and what research is being done to advance nursing practice and patient care, promote nursing leadership excellence and shape public policy for health care in Peru. In addition to the career enrichment opportunities, you will explore the ancient site of Machu Picchu​, learn about Peru's culture past and present as you meet with curators and expedition guides who will bring the life of the Incan civilization to life.
