The Impact of Violence on Nurses: Building Safer Workplaces for Satisfaction and Success

Workplace violence is more than a safety concern—it’s a direct threat to nurse satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being. Nurses across the United States continue to fight for their rights, from safer conditions to better wages, underscoring how violence at work contributes to burnout, turnover, and staffing shortages. In this webinar, presented in partnership with Evolv, healthcare leaders will discuss the deep impact of workplace violence on nurse morale and how it drives dissatisfaction and attrition. Discover how proactive violence prevention measures can not only safeguard staff but also create a healthier, more supportive work environment that promotes long-term retention. Learn how these strategies also protect patients by reducing care disruptions and medical errors during times of staff unrest. Join us for a critical conversation on building a safer, more sustainable healthcare workforce.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Trends and impact of workplace violence on nurse satisfaction, retention, and recruitment
  2. Learn proactive violence prevention measures to support a healthier workplace
