AHA maternal health resource focuses on heart health

The American Hospital Association released a resource highlighting strategies hospitals are implementing to raise awareness and detect heart health needs before, during and after pregnancy. Part of the American Hospital Association’s Better Health for Mothers and Babies initiative, the resource focuses on cardiovascular conditions, one of the most common causes of morbidity and mortality among pregnant women.
